Alloy Parking supports single-assigned parking spaces as well as a parking management style called pooled parking. Assigned Parking is simply a parking space that is assigned to a specific resident. pooled parking, on the other hand, is a section of spaces that residents can elect to pay for and park in on a first-come-first-serve basis. Resident reservations, vehicles, and decals can be managed to track what vehicles and residents are validated to park in a designated parking area.

You can optionally create parking areas for your community. Areas are a way to identify where a parking space is located in the context of larger parking facilities or communities.
