Community Manager Web 1.83
Features
Allow Residents to Opt-Out of Peak Rewards - Residents are now able to opt-out of Peak Rewards at any time in Resident Web so they may resume normal control and use of their thermostats. Residents who opted into Peak Rewards can navigate to Marketplace → Peak Rewards → View Settings while active or paused, there is a button to leave the program. A message will pop up indicating the resident is about to unenroll but can enroll again anytime.
Paused - If a resident selects the “Pause” option on their Peak Rewards, residents will regain immediate control of their thermostat until 12:01am the following day.
Opt-Out - If a resident elects to “Opt-out” of the Peak Rewards program, residents will regain immediate control of their thermostat until they choose to “Re-enroll” in the program.
FTP Directory Field - This feature ensures that reports are being sent to the directory of the Data Analyst Team’s choice. By default the reports map to the Client’s Home Directory. There are some clients that have specific directories set up for their reporting and would previously have to manually reach out to change this. Now within the Organization Level → Reports there is a new optional text field input under Export Settings called SFTP Directory. They can type in their directory name and before saving Community Manager Web will ensure the directory exists. This helps with overall reporting and data management by offering the client control over where those files live.
Sample Path Example: folder/location/here
Self-Guided Tours 2.44.0
Features
Added Tour Information - Access Type - Adding community and unit access type used by a prospect to the Tour Information page in Community Manager Web to provide additional tour information to clients so that they can view unit and community access types that are being used by a prospect when touring. This provides better overall visibility for site teams of current code usage. For example, if a property has lockbox for community access and a Z-Wave lock for unit access, the tour information page will show:
(ConAm Request) Yardi/RealPage Unit Pricing Config and Syncs -We’ve updated the verbiage from “Manually Configured” to “Don’t Sync” on the dropdown options for Min Rent and Max Rent under Unit Pricing for the Yardi and RealPage Integrations. We also add assisted text to inform clients what to expect if “Don’t Sync” is selected. These changes help to clearly define expectations for clients when they opt to manually add unit pricing for Yardi and RealPage via Community Manager Web instead of syncing the pricing from the PMS.
Assisted Text: “This will allow you to manually enter min/max pricing in the unit settings and will not sync pricing from (Yardi/RealPage).”
Alloy Parking 1.12
Features
RealPage Vehicle Integration - Sync resident vehicle records into SmartRent from OneSite on a regular basis, and write back records into OneSite for automatic management of vehicle records for an initial property parking set up, and the ongoing management of said records after the module is deployed at a property. Vehicle records are kept updated on both systems during move ins, move outs, and from manual updates.
Resident Parking Report - We’ve added a new report at the Organization Level labeled “Resident Parking Report”. The report will be downloadable so long as the organization has at least one property with Alloy Parking enabled. The report includes moved-in resident data only. This report is disabled by default and needs to be enabled at the Organization level. The Resident Parking report gives more transparency to resident spaces and their assignment, for an overall better view of pooled parkings capacity.
The following columns are reported:
Property Name | Property ID | Unit Name | First Name | Last Name | Phone Number | Email | Move In Date | Rentable Item| Space / Section | Assigned By| Assigned On
Print Store Integration 1.0 - Today the PrintStore is used to procure any print materials such as parking decals. When parking decals are procured they are sent to the manufacturer but if the decals are not sent to an Engineer they will not be activated for the property and will not work. In an effort to automate this manual process this new feature is an integration with SmartRent PrintStore to allow for client representatives to use the print store to purchase Alloy Parking consumables such as decals or signs directly and programmatically provision new QR codes & IDs for manufacturing to be activated automatically.
Guest Parking Web Pay with Google Button Refactor - We’ve made an update to make it clear which payment method is for a guest. We’ve updated the existing Gpay button to be “G Pay” to ensure the guest knows the payment method is associated directly with Google.
