SmartRent allows you to view device activity in vacant homes. This allows you to view current device statuses, see when a sensor was triggered, or see if a device was actuated manually by a person or actuated automatically via an Automation or Scene.
Viewing Device Activity in a Vacant Home:
To view device activity in SmartRent Manager, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Units in the left sidebar menu
Click on the desired vacant unit
Click Activity in the left sidebar menu
On the Device Activity page, you can view:
The device name
Device type
The change that occurred
When the change occurred
Which home the change occurred in
