Typically, resident information should be automatically pulled from your property management system. If you do not currently use a property management system or your current property management system doesn’t integrate with SmartRent, you will need to manually add residents’ information to their lease.
Adding Residents to a Lease:
To add a resident to lease, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Units in the left sidebar menu
Click on the unit you want to add a lease to
Click Leases in the left sidebar menu
Click Add a Resident under a current lease
Input all the resident’s information
Click Save
