Finding Resident Contact Information via Search:
To find resident contact information in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Overview in the left sidebar menu
Click into the Search for something... search bar in the middle of the page
Start typing a resident's name
Click resident's name
Finding Resident Contact Information via Unit:
To find resident contact information in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Units in the left sidebar menu
Click on the unit in which the resident you are looking for lives
Click Leases in the left sidebar menu
Click the resident's name
Click View Resident
You will see a menu with all of the resident’s contact information
