Each community is unique and has different needs. With SmartRent, you are able to easily create new leases for residents.
Creating a Lease:
To create a lease in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click your desired Community
Click Units in the left sidebar menu
Click on the unit you want to add a lease to
Click Leases in the left sidebar menu
Click + in the upper right-hand corner
Add the Lease Start Date and Lease End Date
Click Save
