Having the ability to adjust a door’s mode means you can restrict access around your community. For example, there may be a spill in the gym that requires you to disable the gym door for residents until the spill is cleaned up, or you may want to manage and monitor residents’ access to a door that’s located within a communal space. Site teams can conveniently change the mode of Alloy Access-equipped doors through SmartRent.
To view and control Alloy Access doors via SmartRent, users will need the View Access and Update Access permissions, and the site must have Alloy Access enabled.
