Make Ready Work Orders are automatically created when a home becomes vacant. When the work order is created, it is assigned to each Make Ready Vendor. Refer to our How Do I Add Vendors in SmartRent? article to learn how to create new vendors.
Closing Make Ready Work Orders:
Make Ready Work Orders are automatically closed when either the make ready date has passed or a resident is moved-in to that particular home. When the work order closes, Make Ready Vendors' access will be revoked.
