The progress of Projects, Jobs, and Tasks is represented by its current status. While some statuses update automatically based on schedules, others are updated manually via user interaction.
Status Types:
Not Started: The Project or Job’s scheduled start date has not occurred yet
In Progress: A Project or Job’s status automatically switches to “In Progress” on the scheduled start date and remains in this status until it is either finished or the scheduled end date occurs
Completed: The Tasks and/or Jobs within a Job or Project are marked as Complete
Overdue: The Project or Job’s scheduled end date has passed and it has not been marked as Complete
Ready for QA: A Job is passed onward to an Integrator or Manager for additional inspection (typically via Image Upload)
Can’t Complete: A Job or Task can be manually marked as Can’t Complete for any reason, such as parts are missing or broken, the home is locked, etc.
