While standalone Jobs are scheduled when they are created, Jobs created within a Project will need to be scheduled separately. The Tasks within Jobs can not be started until the Job’s scheduled start date arrives.
Scheduling Jobs Within Projects:
To schedule a Job within a Project, follow these steps :
Log in to the Alloy Install App
On the Dashboard, use the search bar to find the desired Project
Tap on the desired Project
Tap Options
Click Schedule Jobs
Tap in the Jobs field
Select the Job(s) to schedule
Choose the Scheduled Start and End Dates
Tap Users to assign the Job(s) to a specific technician (optional)
Tap Submit
