Community Manager Web

Version: 1.68.0

| New Features

WiFi Settings for Property - There is a new tab within Property → Settings labeled “Community WiFi”. Clicking this will take site staff to your Community WiFi Settings where they can enter an SSID and Password for hubs to connect to your community. The Hub Connection is disabled by default. If enabled, it will automatically attempt to connect to the community wifi once a unit becomes vacant. Residents currently connected to their own wifi will not be automatically connected to the community wifi. Additionally, when adding a new hub to a unit, the default connection will be the community wifi.

  1. Device Online|Offline: Triggered when a device goes online or offline.

  2. Device Low Battery: Triggered when a device is below the alert percentage set by the property.

  3. Temperature Alert: Triggered when a thermostat or repeater exceeds the temp threshold set by the property.

  4. Humidity Alert: Triggered when a thermostat or repeater exceeds the humidity threshold set by the property.

| Improvements

Moved-In Residents Report Syntax Update - We’ve updated the date columns within the Moved In Residents report to now display a more user-friendly datetime. It’s been changed from ~D[2020-01-01] to 2020-01-01.

Self-Guided Tours

Version: 2.29.0

|New Features

Additional Buffer Options - We’ve added an additional “post tour buffer” option to provide a longer period for your staff to sanitize units/homes after a prospect tour has been completed. This setting can be enabled for 15, 30, or 60 minutes within Tour Settings, and is turned off by default.

Here is an example of the additional buffer:

If the post tour buffer is set to 30 minutes and the tour duration is set to 45 minutes, then three total time slots will be blocked off. (1 Hour and 15 Min Total)

Early Access Code Support in Alloy Pass - Previously, if early access was enabled in Tour Settings it would have no impact on BLE locks. Now, if your community is utilizing BLE locks, passes will be created 15 minutes prior to the tour start time if early access has been enabled.

Funnel Integration - We’ve added Funnel as a compatible integration, to create a better experience for your property site staff by providing a single source for prospect and tour management. Funnel can be enabled in Community Manager Web → Settings → Integrations.

When a tour is finalized, a tour and prospect record is inserted into Funnel with the following information:

First Name | Last Name | Phone Number | Email | Move In Date | Appointment Start Date/Time

Yardi Sync Effective Rent - To provide your prospects with the best available and most up to date rent price prior to scheduling a tour, Yardi will now sync “Lease Term Rent”. On the unit selection page, and tour detail unit cards the lease term rent will be displayed if available, otherwise it will just show the original rent field provided by the community.

Custom Messaging & Unit Availability Permissions - We’ve added custom permissions within Roles → Tour Permissions that include custom messaging and unit availability. Site staff with these permissions will be able to customize the welcome, and end tour messages within the Tour Settings → Custom Messages page. Enabling the Unit Availability permission will allow your site staff to toggle units on/off for touring on the Unit Availability overview page.

| Improvements

Disable Geolocation Toggle for BLE Tours - To eliminate site staff confusion for disabling geolocation for tours with BLE locks (since geolocation is NOT required), it is not automatically disabled if the tour only includes BLE locks. A tooltip is displayed next to the toggle stating: “This tour contains only a Bluetooth lock. Location is not required.”

Tour Access Code Status for BLE Tours - If your community is utilizing BLE locks for tours we’ve changed the verbiage for the column “Access Code Status” to “Credential Status” on the Tour Overview page.

If a tour contains a BLE unit, these are the following statuses that can be displayed:

  1. Future: Pass has not yet been created and is in the future.

  2. Added: Pass created and added to Alloy Access.

  3. Failed: Pass was not created.

  4. Expired: Pass has expired and is in the past.

Tours Report Verbiage Updates - To prevent confusion for site staff if your community is using BLE locks, we’ve added a column for Tour Started At, which will mirror the “Access Code Viewed At” column for both Z-wave and BLE tours.

Alloy Parking

Version: 1.6.0

| New Features

Resident Vehicle Report - We’ve added a new report within the Manager → Reports tab for Resident Vehicle onboarding. If your community has at least one group with Alloy Parking enabled they will be able to access the report. The report returns the following:

Property Name | Unit Name | Property ID | Unit ID | First Name | Last Name | Phone Number | Email | Move In Date | License Plate | State | Year | Make | Model | Color | Created By | Created On | Decal | Assigned By | Assigned On

Rentable Item Input - We now provide a way for site staff to optionally add a remote identifier to a parking space that relates to the corresponding rentable item in their respective PMS. When auditing space assignments, this feature will allow a client to validate that a resident who’s been assigned a rentable item has the corresponding space in our system assigned to them.
