Community Manager Web 1.75
| Features
Salto Locks in CMW 1.0 - We are excited to announce the integration of Salto Locks within Community Manager Web! The Salto Integration will allow you and your residents to use Salto Locks, and Salto Lock credentials within your community; your site staff can manage user records and credentials all within the Community Manager Web. Various property settings can be enabled for the Salto Integration. These include Prospect Property & Unit Access, Guest Property Access, Auto Assign BLE Credentials, and Set Access Control Groups.
Integrations 2.0 - In order to consolidate and improve group-level integration management between communities we’ve made significant enhancements to our Integrations experience. These changes will allow easier use of our integration interface for the configuration and toggling of unique syncs.
Your site staff can select which syncs they would like to run per integration and if they would like to disable syncs via the Property Settings tab or by going to the Syncs tab on the side navigation bar.
There is a new permission level for Integrations called “Sync”. With this permission enabled, users will be granted access to only the sync now actions for all 3 data types (residents, units and work orders).
Unit Search - Users can search for a unit on the Unit List View page, using the search bar feature at the top of the page.
“Has Lock” Unit Filter - We have installed a new filter within the Units page in Community Manager Web. This new filter will show whether or not a unit has locks under the Has Lock(s) drop-down; options within this filter will include “All,” “Yes,” or “No.” This addition will make it easier for your site staff to sort through units.

Ring Alarm Enhancements - We’ve made several enhancements and bug fixes to our Ring Alarm feature in Community Manager Web.
Self-Guided Tours 2.36
| Features
Replace “Unlocked At” With “Tour Started” - We have replaced the message to your site staff that used to read “Unlocked At” with “Tour Started” in Community Manager Web. This will eliminate confusion as it provides a more reliable way of indicating whether the prospect completed the tour or did not show up.
Tour Status Improvements - We have updated the language depicted in Community Manager Web concerning the status of tours. If a tour has not started, the status will show “Scheduled.” When the prospect either views the access code or uses the access code, the status will read “Visited.” If neither criteria are met, the status will read “No Show.” This will remove confusion on the Tours List View page and provide better data.
Disable ID Check Configuration - We have added the option to disable the ID Check for clients who want to pilot the system with no ID check necessary. The new option in the Skip ID Check drop-down reads “For Every Tour” and will need to be selected if you want prospects to be able to tour without providing an ID as the default option is “Never.”
Always Send Tour Cancelled Webhook - This feature will resolve inconsistencies between the data in our system and in your systems concerning canceled or rescheduled tours. Previously, if a tour was rescheduled it was marked as canceled in our system but was not sending the webhook to you, showing the tour still as active. This feature will ensure you always receive a canceled webhook event.

Prospect Info (Desired Move-In Date is Still Required) - Previously, when the field “desired move-in date” was set to optional in Community Manager Web, it was still being required for prospects when scheduling a tour. We’ve fixed this so now the optional fields will accurately reflect what the prospect sees in their tour scheduling workflow, resolving inconsistencies between the two.
Alloy Parking 1.8
| Guest Parking
Community Manager Web - We are excited to announce the launch of our Guest Parking 1.0 submodule to Alloy Parking. The Guest Parking feature in Community Manager Web provides you insight into guest parking activities and allows communities to monetize a greater number of spots to further drive ancillary revenue. Communities utilizing our Guest Parking feature will see new card filters for Guest Checked In, Available Guest, and Violations.
Once a guest has checked in through Guest Parking Web (See Details Below), Community Manager Web will show the space being utilized as well as the guest’s information and activity. This allows you to view guests’ payment, session duration, and other activities. You can also see and manage the number of available guest spaces in Community Manager Web.
Guest Parking Web - Guest Parking Web allows guests to check-in, check-out, and pay for guest parking via one central platform. Guests are able to visit the Guest Parking Web landing page by either scanning a QR Code on a guest parking sign or clicking the direct URL to the site. Guests can pay for a spot using debit or credit as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We will be releasing a Guest Parking v1.0 Support Guide in our Resource Library. If you would like to utilize Guest Parking, reach out to your Account Manager for details.
Resident Mobile 1.5
| Salto and Resident Mobile
Adding Salto Support - Resident Mobile now supports Salto Locks to provide communities with a touchless, keypad-less lock solution within the Resident Mobile app.
By opening the SmartRent mobile app and pressing the unlock icon on the Access Pass while holding their phone against the Salto lock, residents are able to unlock their door. The Access Pass appears on the Home page for those in communities that utilize Salto Locks; it can also be found by clicking the Access tab on the bottom menu bar and then clicking My Access.
Residents can create access passes for guests through the Access tab; guests are sent an SMS that prompts them to download the Alloy Pass app to retrieve their Access Pass. Residents can revoke guest access at any time.
* Currently only Permanent and Temporary Guest credentials can be created
