| NEW FEATURES

Email System and Template Update - We’ve refactored and added various email templates to allow for better compatibility and specific unit/user information with clients who would like to add custom-branding to these emails through our email templates available within the organization settings. This feature allows properties to customize all system-generated emails with branding and certain variables. We’ve added new templates and re-styled the following with transparent logos, more readable text size, and updated verbiage and policy updates:

  • Tour Related Emails

  • eCommerce Store Emails

  • Motion Detected & Contact Sensor Alert Emails

  • Access Code Emails

  • Automatic Work Order Closed/Created

  • Forgot Password Emails

  • Move-In/Move-out Exceptions Emails

  • Automation Executed

  • Temperature and Humidity and Low Battery Notifications

  • User Changed Emails

  • Work Order Created for Offline Hub

  • Leak Notification

  • Vacant Access Code Created

  • Suspicious Login Alert

  • Work Order Claimed Emails

  • Guest Access Code Created

  • False Alarms

  • Maintenance Being Conducted

Our current Email/Text alert documentation can be found here.

Staff Adoption Report - There is a new report called “Staff Adoption” which provides data to help property’s identify staff members that are adopting our Community Manager Web and mobile platform. The report is in the Organization Settings, and Staff Adoption is disabled by default. The report includes the following fields:

  • User Name

  • Role

  • Login Count

  • Last Login (includes CMM logins)

GE Smart Motion Dimmer Support - As we continue to increase our list of supported devices, Community Manager Web now supports the GE Smart Motion Dimmer.

| BUG FIXES

Device Discovery Primary Lock Fix - We’ve fixed a bug with the Discover Devices functionality on the Hub Overview page where a primary lock was not being assigned. This will prevent future bugs regarding resident access codes being sent since all unit’s need a primary lock for proper functionality.

Security System Automatically Enabled Bug - There was a bug for new residents where the self-monitored security was always being enabled. We’ve fixed this so now when a new resident is moved into their unit security is set to disabled.

| ALLOY SMARTHOME

Updated Push Notifications - For Alloy SmartHome owners we’ve updated the following push notification types to be tailored specifically to homeowners to prevent confusion and ensure accurate information is being sent over:

  • Lock Jammed

  • Low Battery

  • Leak Detected
