Overview
Managing Target Portfolios allows you to review performance, update allocations, adjust thresholds, and maintain portfolio accuracy across accounts.
View All Targets
Navigate to Targets from the left menu
Use:
Search bar to find a target
Filters to narrow results
Column settings (gear icon) to customize your view
Click a Target row to open its detail page
View Target Details
From the Target detail page:
Review holdings, allocations, and structure
Scroll for additional details
Click View Performance (if available)
Note:
Performance is only available if the Target is made entirely of models. Targets with individual securities will not display performance
Edit a Target
Go to Targets
Click the pencil icon (Edit) under the Actions column
Make updates such as:
Holdings
Allocation weights
Target name
Click Save Target
Clone or Delete a Target
From the Targets tab:
Clone
Click the clone icon
Creates a copy you can edit independently
Delete
Click the trash icon
Removes the Target from the platform
(permissions required)
Adjust Thresholds (Advanced Mode)
What are Thresholds?
Thresholds control when a portfolio is considered out of balance and when a rebalance is triggered.
How to Edit Thresholds
Open a Target
Toggle Advanced Mode
Click the pencil icon next to a holding or model
Update:
Rebalance Threshold (default: ±20%)
Precision Threshold (default: ±4%)
Click Update
Definitions:
Rebalance Threshold: How far a holding can drift before triggering a rebalance
Precision Threshold: How closely trades aim to match the target after rebalancing
Rebalance Cash Allocation
Click the scales icon on the Target page
Automatically adjusts cash to ensure allocations equal 100%
If overallocated, the platform will prompt a warning before saving
View Assigned Accounts
In the Targets tab, locate the Subscribed Accounts column
Click the number to:
View assigned account details
Export the list to CSV
Export Target Data
Click the download icon to export:

Key Notes
You can only edit Targets you created
To change the enterprise on a Target, you must clone it first
Targets act as the source of truth—changes should be followed by rebalancing accounts
Removing a Target does not turn off rebalancing automatically
