Best Fit (Target Precision)
Brings positions closer to target
May result in more trades
Best for:
Account and target realignment
Minimum Transaction (Efficiency)
Generates the least amount of trades while rebalancing the account
Generally results in fewer trades than Best Fit
Best for:
Reducing costs
Managing tax impact
