Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made. This includes:

  • Changing the item or quantity

  • Adding items

  • Changing the shipping or payment method

  • Altering the destination country

If you’d like to return an item once it arrives, you have 14 days to do so. You can find full details about our returns process [here].


Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

If you notice an error in your delivery address and your package has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
We’ll do our best to update the address, but due to fast processing times, changes may not always be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, some couriers may allow rerouting (for example, to a local pickup point).
In this case, please contact the courier directly to request any address changes, as we’re unable to reroute parcels once dispatched.


Important

We are not liable for lost or undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
In such cases, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.
