My tracking details have move updated for several days

We understand how frustrating it can be when tracking information doesn’t move for a while.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier. While tracking updates are usually frequent, there can sometimes be delays in scans or updates—especially during busy periods, bank holidays, or when a parcel is held at a regional depot.

In most cases, the parcel is still on its way and will update once it reaches the next sorting or delivery point.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 2 working days, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate this further with the courier.
