If your parcel was returned to us by the courier. This can happen if the delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect, if no one was available to receive the package, or due to other reasons beyond our control.
Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process a refund back to your original payment method which will take another 2-5 working days to process back to your bank balance.
