  • Purpose: This article explains how to reset an ambassador applicant's form, allowing them to correct errors such as typos or incorrect social media links.

  • Context: Applicants sometimes make mistakes during the application process. Since their information cannot be edited until they join the program, the reset function allows them to reapply with corrected details.

Resetting an Applicant’s Form:

  1. Identify the Applicant:

    • Go to Recruiting > Review Applicants.

    • Use the Filter function to quickly find the applicant who needs their form reset.

  2. Reset Application:

    • Once the applicant is located, click on the circular arrow icon to reset their application.

    • This action allows the applicant to reapply with updated and accurate information.

      • Note: The applicant will need to complete the entire form again.

Best Practices/Tips:

  • Encourage applicants to double-check their information before submitting to avoid reapplications.

  • Use this reset feature only when necessary to maintain clean and accurate application records.
