Purpose: This article explains how to manage ambassador points, including tracking transactions, making manual adjustments, and applying bonuses.
Context: Ambassador points reflect their activity and engagement in SocialLadder. Understanding how to manage points ensures fair rewards, proper leaderboard tracking, and clear internal records.
Viewing an Ambassador’s Points
Navigate to the Ambassador List:
Go to Ambassador Management → Ambassador List.
Find the Ambassador:
Use the Filter option to locate the ambassador by name, email, or segment.
Access Points & Compensation:
Review Transactions:
The Transactions Tab displays:
Challenge submissions and their corresponding points.
Ambassador’s total points balance.
Connected social media accounts ("Network Added" - Display's when an ambassador connected their Social Media).
Adjusting Ambassador Points
Go to the Adjust Points Tab:
Inside the View Points/Compensation section, select Adjust Points.
Add or Subtract Points:
Enter the number of points to add or remove.
Use Notes for reference (visible to the ambassador).
Understanding Adjustment Options:
“Is this a Bonus?”
Check this option to reward an ambassador for outstanding performance.
Bonus points do not impact challenge-based compensation.
“Adjust All Time Score Only”

Use Notes for Tracking: Clearly document why points were added or removed for transparency.
Apply Bonuses for Extra Motivation: Reward ambassadors who go above and beyond.
Monitor Leaderboard Adjustments: Be mindful when adjusting the All-Time Score, as it impacts leaderboard rankings.
