This article will guide you to enable automatic printing for Sociavore online ordering in Square on your Android device.
Step 1: Create Your Printer Station (if one does not exist already)
Open up the Square POS application and carry out the following steps:
a) Select "Settings."
b) Select "Hardware."
c) Select "Printers."
d) Select "Create Printer Station," as seen below:
Step 2: Enable Your Printer To Print Order Tickets
Once you've created your printer station (or once you've selected the printer you want to connect to your online ordering receipts), you'll see a section called 'Print from this device". Select the "Order Tickets" option to send orders to prep stations.
Step 3: Choose settings for Order Tickets
Choose if you want to enter custom names or numbers to tickets or if you want to auto-assign ticket numbers.
You may also choose to have a ticket printed for each item.
Step 4: Select Specific Categories To Include on Order Tickets (optional)
By default, all categories will be included on the order ticket. You can leave it as-is or choose specific categories to print to this printer.
To do this, scroll down to the “Include to Ticket” section.
Deselect all Square item categories whose menu items you do not want to print. Make sure that "Uncategorized Items" remains selected as items in Sociavore that are not in Square's catalog will be uncategorized.

Step 6: Keep the Tablet Awake To Be Notified of New Orders
Go to your tablet's home screen
Set to “Never”
