This article will guide you to enable on-screen order alerts for Sociavore online ordering in Square.

Please note: Orders that appear in Square Order manager are menu ordering orders only. Product ordering, ticketing, reservations, etc will not appear in Square Order Manager.

In the Square POS application, perform the following steps:

a) Select "Settings"

b) Select "Alerts"

c) Toggle on "Allow Alerts," as seen below:
