How to add channels to SocioLocal:
Log in to SocioLocal and go to the menu in the bottom right corner. ☰
Select the "Channel List" option.
Once there, select the + icon in the top right corner. A new page will appear, prompting you to add a channel.
You will need to be signed in to a personal account that has access to your Business Page before completing the next step. More details on this can be found below.
Select the Network you wish to connect to. You will be redirected to the Network you have chosen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Business Page.
If you are connecting a Facebook or Instagram Business page, you will be redirected to your personal Facebook page but don’t worry, we don’t connect your personal page, it is just the way Facebook gives us access to your business page.Select the Business Page you wish to connect and click the tick ✅ icon in the top right corner to complete adding the channel.
To connect a Facebook Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Facebook profile that has admin access to that Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
To connect an Instagram Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Facebook profile that has admin access to your Facebook Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop). Your Facebook and Instagram Business pages need to be linked in order to connect your Instagram Business Page on SocioLocal.

To connect a Twitter Business Page; you will need to be signed in to that Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
Google My Business
To connect a Google My Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Google account that has access to your Google My Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
