If you have a disconnected channel when logging into or opening the SocioLocal App, you'll receive a warning message that channels are disconnected with a prompt to reconnect them right away. If you ignored this message and still need to reconnect disconnected channels, please follow the steps or video below.
In the SocioLocal App, select the menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner to open the main menu.
Select "Channel List" from the options available. Disconnected channels will appear at the top.
You will need to be signed in to a personal account that has access to your Business Page before completing the next step. More details on this can be found below. Once signed in, you can tap the green refresh arrows icon to begin the channel reconnection process.
On the next screen, you'll be given a list of channels you have access to. Select the channels you wish to reconnect and tap the tick icon in the top right corner.
You'll receive an in-app message confirming the reconnection.
To reconnect a Facebook Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Facebook profile that has admin access to that Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
To reconnect an Instagram Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Facebook profile that has admin access to your Facebook Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop). Your Facebook and Instagram Business pages need to be linked in order to connect your Instagram Business Page on SocioLocal.

To reconnect a Twitter Business Page; you will need to be signed in to that Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
Google My Business
To reconnect a Google My Business Page; you will need to be signed in to a Google account that has access to your Google My Business Page on the device you are reconnecting your channels on (mobile or desktop).
