The Advertising module on SocioCommand allows you to advertise for multiple local channels at the same time.

In order to advertise for a page on Facebook and Instagram, you will need to have Facebook Business Manager access to that page. You will also need to have an ad account set up on your Facebook Business Manager.

To learn about how to add ad accounts to your Facebook Business Manager, visit the Facebook Business Help Centre: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/910137316041095?id=420299598837059

Getting Started:

  1. First things first, you will need to add the ad account you would like to manage your ads from to SocioCommand.

  2. You can add an ad account by navigating to the Advertisement tab on SocioCommand and clicking the 'Add Ads Account' button in the top right corner. Before clicking this, make sure you are logged into a Facebook account that has access to the Ad Account you are trying to connect to SocioCommand.

  3. Follow the prompts on-screen and select the ad account you would like to add to SocioCommand.

  4. Your Ad Account will now appear on the home screen of the Advertisement tab.

An Ad Account overview will appear like the image above. The insights that appear relate to the timeframe that is chosen in the date filter at the top of the page. You can extend or decrease the selected time period you would like to view insights.

Feature Explanations

Active Ads: The number of ads that have been active on this ad account since being connected to SocioCommand.

Failed Ads: The number of failed ads on this ad account since being connected to SocioCommand.

Paused Ads: The number of ads that were paused on this ad account since being connected to SocioCommand. Ads can be paused manually by someone on SocioCommand, or paused due to technical issues on Facebook.

Amount Spent: The amount of money spent over the selected time period.

Reach: This shows the number of people your ads have reached over the selected time period.

Impressions: This shows the number of times your ads were on screen for the first time for your target audience over the selected time period. (Example: If an ad is on screen and someone scrolls down and then scrolls back up to the same ad, that counts as one impression. If an ad is on screen for someone two different times in a day, that counts as two impressions.)

Link Clicks: This shows the number of times someone clicked on your ad over the selected time period.
