Socio Inbox aggregates Direct Messages, Comments & Reviews from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Google My Business into one central inbox and launches a notification when new messages are received to notify our retailers.

Responding to customer engagements and messages on social media allows retailers to build a relationship with consumers. It also allows retailers to gain insight into the interests and opinions of their customers. It shows consumers that you care about their opinions and thoughts.

How to respond to messages/comments/reviews in Inbox:

  1. Select the message/comment/review you would like to respond to.

  2. Once you have drafted a response, press send in the bottom right corner.

How to move the date range in Inbox:

  1. Tap the filter icon in the top right corner of Inbox.

  2. Select the date range you would like to view.

  3. Don't forget to tap confirm to save changes!
