This article describes Performance in the SocioLocal app and breaks down what each feature means.

It's very important to track the performance of your social media posts. Whether it is a local post or a brand post from Head Office, it is valuable to know what your local audience engages with so that you can post rich content in the future.

You can navigate to the Performance tab on SocioLocal by clicking the menu icon and clicking Performance.

Feature Explanations:

Calls from Source - This is the number of people who've called you from Facebook and Google and shows the comparison vs the previous period. You will need Google MyBusiness connected to SocioLocal to see this figure.

Found Direction - This is the number of people who've gotten directions from Facebook and Google and shows the comparison vs the previous period. You will need Google MyBusiness connected to SocioLocal to see this figure.

Social Engagement - This is the number of likes, comments & shares your posts have received over the time period selected and shows the comparison vs the previous period.

Total Page Likes (Fans) - This is the number of Fans who like your business pages and shows an increase or decrease in fan count over the selected time period.

Total posts - This shows the number of posts published over the time period and what channels they were published to.

Post Reach - This shows the number of people your posts reached over the selected time period and shows an increase/decrease vs the previous period.

Engagement Rate (actions/fans) - (Post likes + post comments + post shares) / Fan Count * 100 / (# of posts in timeframe) to give your average engagement rate over the period and comparison vs the previous period.

Paid vs Organic - This shows the number of people your posts reached organically vs paid.

Online Conversions - This is the number of people who've completed an action on your website and shows the comparison vs the previous period e.g online bookings.

Website Traffic (visitors) - The number of website visitors over the selected time frame and shows any increase or decrease compared to the previous period.

Top Contributors - These are posts which can be directly correlated to an uplift in business.
