Socio BI
The Business Intelligence (BI) module of SocioConnect aggregates and displays data from all of your locations in an easy to understand format.
Navigating The BI
BI is located behind the graph icon, which you'll find along the left side of the screen.
At the top of the BI view you will see controls for filtering and organising the displayed data; click this area to expand and interact with it.
π By default, all of the BI figures will be tailored to show Reach statistics, but can be refocused on Engagement, Likes, Comments, or Shares by clicking those areas, located above the filter controls.
Dynamic Data
The data you see displayed in BI is dynamic, and can adjust itself at a click to help bring you greater depth and specificity.
If you see a particular channel, location, label, or post within the BI reports, simply click on it once, the BI will then highlight this element and reconfigure all of the surrounding reports to focus exclusively on data related to your choice.
This process works in many different fields within the BI, so it pays to experiment to find the best data for your purposes.
Exporting Data
Data can easily be extracted from BI reports to .csv format (spreadsheet/excel); to export data start by hovering your cursor over the report you would like to extract, when the three dots icon appears in the report's right top corner, click it and then select "Export to CSV".
