Settings
The Settings menu allows you to adjust your basic user and log in information, toggle notifications, and personalise your user account.
Navigating To The Settings Menu
Settings can be accessed on our web app by clicking the three dots iconnext to your username, in the top right corner of the screen.
On the mobile app, click the Menu tab in the bottom right of the screen, and then select Settings.
From here you will be able to edit your username and email address, change your password, and even upload a user picture to personalise your account.
Notifications Explained
The notifications section allows you to toggle on/off the various alerts you want to see from SocioConnect.
Web Notifications (Push Notifications on mobile)
You will receive a web notification when you receive a new message on your social media channels
You will receive a web notification when you receive a new comment on a post on your social media channels
You will receive a web notification when you receive a new review on your social media channels
You will receive a web notification when you have not posted on your social media pages for more than 4 days
You will receive a web notification when one or more of your channels have disconnected from SocioConnect
You will receive a web notification when your post has failed to publish. If this happens, once you click into the app, you will be able to see a more detailed description of why the post failed and what error occurred.

Email Notifications
You will receive an email when one or more of your channels have disconnected from SocioConnect
You will receive an email when your post has failed to publish. Here, you will also see what error occurred to cause the post failure.
