Brand Profile

The Brand Profile tab is your first stop and overview when managing Locations, Users, Groups, Brand Information, and more in SocioConnect.

Brand Information

The Brand Information section is only visible to headquarter users - and will allow you to both store info to help keep your marketing team on message, as well as set custom fields that local users can fill in, giving you powerful personalisation options when it comes to posting.

Brand Overview

The Brand Overview section can collect default information that will work as a starting point for you locations.

Here it's typical to enter the address for your brand headquarters - users editing their individual locations will see this as the base-default until they enter in their own addresses.

Branding Information

The Branding Information section is your place to keep key brand assets and ensure consistent messaging across your network.

You have fields to hold Brand Messaging guidlines, hashtags for common use, target market reminders and location terminology.

Location Custom Fields

In the Location Custom Fields section, you can create or remove fields for your local users to fill in; these fields will then be visible on each individual Location.

When creating a custom field you'll be asked to provide a Custom Field Name, this will indicate to local users what information is required; while the option to Select a Field Type determines the acceptable format of information collected by this field - selecting "Numeric" for instance, will reject information that isn't purely numbers, helping your local users avoid mistakes.

Locations

Locations are the heart of how you'll organise your brand within SocioConnect.

Your Location list will not only link social media channels together so they can be posted to with accuracy, but is also where you'll manage local users, collect location-specific information, sync listing data like Addresses and Phone Numbers, and more.

Groups

Groups in SocioConnect are the simple yet powerful way to organise your locations into sub sets for reporting, posting, and all around management.

The Groups tab lists any existing groups, gives the ability to create new ones, as well as editing and deleting.

Brand Users

The Brand Users tab will display a list of all your users on SocioConnect.

Each User's Last Seen date will show when they were last logged into the system, and give a clue as to the kind of device (mobile or web).

Users will also read as Active if they've previously logged in even once, but Pending if they have yet to accept their invitation and complete their initial sign in.
