Editing your images on the SocioConnect mobile app

Image Editing

SocioConnect’s image editor is fun, powerful, easy-to-use, and designed with maximising your social media in mind.

It's the perfect way to add the finishing touches to your images before your post goes out - as well as adding a little branding or excitement to photos you take right from your device.


How To Edit An Image On Mobile

Editing an image is almost the last stop before you publish or schedule a post; the editor can be found on the Create Post screen, once you've added an image to your post just click the Edit ✏️ icon on the image file you see at the lower part of your screen.

This will take you into the editor, where you'll be presented with a whole toolbox of options to turn your image into something special.


Editing Tools

The image editor puts the following tools at your fingertips:

Transform

Crop, flip, and rotate. Quickly edit the size of your image to make it perfect, or optimise it for different social networks.

Filter

Apply filters to give a simple image a whole new flavour and feel.

Adjust

Fine tune the fundamentals with brightness, contrast control, and more.

Focus

Play with focus to subtly draw attention to what's important in your image.

Sticker

Stickers are a great way to pop some fun into your image and encourage audience engagement.

Text

Add text to your image to provide context, calls to action, or just some flavor.

Text Design

Shape, colour, and style your text to match the your brand, or the mood of the post.

Overlay

Get really creative with image overlays, here you can add an entirely different feel to your image.

Frame

Frame your image with simple black or white to match your aesthetic, or play with frames to make something unique.

Brush

The Brush tool allows you to draw directly on your image, to highlight, underscore, or cover up and detail you like.


Finishing Up

Once you're happy with the image, just click the Save icon in the bottom right of the editor to return to your post.
