SocioConnect's latest update brings the ability to connect your TikTok channels and begin posting.

To connect a new TikTok account on the web version of SocioConnect, first visit the Channels Tab, then simply click the button in the top right of the screen.

Each social media platform has its own steps to go through in order to connect, SocioConnect's on-screen instructions will guide you through these steps for TikTok.

You'll be asked to sign into the TikTok account you wish to connect and allow permissions, then your channel will be connected and ready to post.

For SocioConnect on mobile, click the Channels tab icon at the bottom of your screen.

To connect a new TikTok from here, click the plus (+) icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Whether you're using SocioConnect on web or mobile, posting to your TikTok channel is the same easy process you're accustomed to for Facebook, Instagram, or any other network.

Just head to the Create Post screen as normal and, once you've connected your TikTok page first, you'll find a new option along with the others to select.

Keep in mind - TikTok requires users to define the visibility of their post, you'll find a selector for this setting just below Post Details on the Create Post screen.

For most marketing purposes "Public To Everyone" is the option you'll be selecting.

Like all social networks, TikTok has certain file types and sizes that work best, and some that won't work at all - below is a quick list to help you plan.

Don't forget - if your images are the wrong aspect ratio, they can easily be edited without leaving SocioConnect, in the Media Editor.

The recommended resolution for TikTok is 1080p (1080x1920 pixels); lower resolutions and different dimensions are also supported, but your content may look less crisp.

Video Length

The minimum length for a TikTok video is 1 second, while the maximum length is 60 minutes. Choosing the right length for your videos depends on your content strategy, as it affects both their discoverability and viewer interest and engagement.
