Instagram Stories
To get started working with Instagram Stories on SocioConnect, open the Story Grid.
The Story Grid is located just above the main Post Grid, and can be expanded to reveal the options to Create a Story, or view Instagram Stories that are already live.
Viewing Stories
Your Stories will appear on the Post Grid (Calendar) just like all of your other posts; there you'll be able to see schedule details, edit/copy before they go live, etc
Within the Story Grid itself you have the option to Create a Story, or view in detail any Stories already live on your channels. Just click an active Story from the Grid to jump to preview mode.
Creating A Story
Clicking the
button will take you to the screen for creating a Story.
The steps when creating stories are just like creating normal posts, if a little simplified:
Choose your media - you can select from the Content Pool, or upload directly from your device.
Select groups to post to, or which individual channels will be receiving the Story.
Add a label - just like normal posts, you'll put at least one label on the Story for reporting.
Schedule - Click the Schedule button to select the date and time your post will go live.
💡 Stories can be Suggested to your locations too, just like normal posts
📸 For Image files in Stories, only .jpg/.jpeg files are compatible, so if your media is .png or another kind you may need to convert before making your post
