Deleting your Soco account removes the account and the data linked to it. It does not cancel your Soco subscription. Apple bills that separately, so cancel with Apple first or Apple keeps charging you after your account is gone.
Cancel your Soco subscription before you delete your account
Deleting your Soco account does not cancel your Soco subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing, so the cancellation happens in your Apple subscription settings, not in Soco.
Cancel first: once the account is deleted you no longer have the app to cancel from, and the charges carry on. You'll know the cancellation went through when Apple's subscription screen shows Soco as expiring on a date instead of renewing.

Delete your Soco account from the app
You delete your Soco account from inside the Soco app, and the deletion is permanent.
Open the Soco app.
Tap the account icon in the top right of the Home screen.
On the Account screen, tap the three dots in the top right.
Tap Remove account.
The app asks "Are you sure?" and says it will remove your account data within two weeks. Tap Remove my account to confirm.
That confirmation dialog is the last step: once you tap Remove my account, the deletion is underway.
