Unlinking your TikTok account from Soco is the same as canceling the authorization, revoking Soco's access, or disconnecting your account. All of these are done inside the TikTok app, not inside Soco, because Soco does not have an in-app unlink button yet.
Canceling the authorization is the same as unlinking
Canceling Soco's authorization, revoking Soco's access, and disconnecting your TikTok account all mean the same thing as unlinking. There is only one method that actually works, and it happens inside the TikTok app. Tapping Remove all access inside Soco's TikTok authorization sheet does not, on its own, fully unlink the account, so the TikTok-side steps below are the ones that actually disconnect it.
Unlink Soco from your TikTok account
To unlink (cancel the authorization), remove Soco from your TikTok permissions. It takes about a minute.
Open the TikTok app and switch to the account you want to unlink
Tap the ☰ menu in the top right of your Profile
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Security and permissions
Tap Apps and services
Find Soco in the list and tap Unlink (or Remove access)
Once you do this, Soco no longer has access to that TikTok account's data.
Why the account still shows in Soco after unlinking
An unlinked TikTok account will still appear on the Soco Profile screen with a small purple warning icon next to the username. That icon is how Soco signals the account is fully unlinked. Soco does not currently have a way to remove a previously linked account from that view, so seeing it there does not mean the unlink failed.
The team is working on a true in-app remove option. It is not available yet.
What changes for you after unlinking
After unlinking, Soco stops syncing and stops accessing TikTok data for that account. TikTok-connected features in Soco will stop working for that account specifically. You can reconnect anytime by linking TikTok again from Soco.
In short
Canceling the authorization, revoking access, and disconnecting all mean unlinking, and the only way that works is to remove Soco's permissions inside the TikTok app: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services, Soco, Unlink. The unlinked account will still show in the Soco Profile screen with a purple warning icon, which is expected.
