The error is TikTok's, not Soco's: TikTok is refusing to add the product to your showcase, and there are five usual reasons.
The five usual causes
Work down the list and fix the one that matches:
The campaign behind the link is paused or expired. The product can still be live and on sale on TikTok Shop when this happens. You can't check this one yourself, so check the others below first. If they're all fine, this is the likely cause: pick another product or message us.
The product is no longer available. Out of stock, removed by the seller, or deactivated on TikTok Shop; TikTok then blocks adding it. Check the product is still active on TikTok Shop.
You're on a Seller account. Affiliate products can only be added on a Personal (Creator) account: a Seller or Official Shop account can only promote its own shop's products and has no access to the affiliate Product Marketplace. Check which account type you're on.
Your TikTok Shop permissions changed. A restriction, warning or temporary access removal on TikTok's side blocks adding until it's resolved. Check your TikTok Shop Creator Center for warnings or account notices.
Your showcase is full. TikTok limits a showcase to about 2,000 products. If you're near the limit, remove products you no longer promote and try again.
Still blocked?
If the other checks come up clean, a paused or expired campaign is the likely cause. Message us in the app chat with the product ID and a screen recording of the add failing in Soco, and we'll dig into it directly.
