What’s going on exactly?
When a product is very new, Soco hasn’t had enough time to track detailed data for it.
That’s why you might notice:
You can see sales numbers in the product list
But when you open the product, daily stats or viral video data are missing
Those deeper insights rely on historical tracking, which builds up over time.
When will the full data appear?
As soon as enough data is collected:
Daily stats will show up
Viral videos will appear automatically
You don’t need to do anything on your end.
Summary
If a product is new, some stats may not be available yet. Once Soco has enough data, everything unlocks automatically.
