No, your brand can't be listed on Soco until you're a registered TikTok Shop seller. Soco's higher-commission links run through TikTok Shop's agency TAP system, so a live TikTok Shop is the prerequisite.
Why a TikTok Shop is required
Soco lists brands only through TikTok Shop's agency TAP system. A TAP link is an agency-level product link from a partner brand's TikTok Shop that replaces a creator's regular link at a higher commission. If your products aren't live on TikTok Shop, that infrastructure doesn't exist for them, so there's nothing for Soco to list. The mechanism is covered in How does Soco get its higher commission links?
A Shopify or other ecommerce store isn't enough
A standalone Shopify, BigCommerce or direct-to-consumer store doesn't connect to TikTok Shop's TAP system. However well your brand sells on those platforms, Soco can only list products with agency-level TAP links on TikTok Shop, and those exist only for registered TikTok Shop sellers.
Get listed once you're a seller
Two steps once you're ready:
Register through TikTok's seller registration guide, then confirm your seller account is approved and your products are listed on TikTok Shop.
Submit the Soco Brand Registration form.
Brand listing and the Soco subscription are separate
The Soco app subscription is for TikTok Shop creators, the affiliates who promote products. Subscribing to the app doesn't list your brand, and listing your brand doesn't require a subscription.
