Link Finder shows results per TikTok account, so an account with no higher-commission matches yet, or one that has not been included in the latest scan, will not appear in the header.
How Link Finder picks which account to show
Link Finder shows results for whichever linked TikTok account has higher-commission links available in the latest scan. If you have two accounts linked and only one shows up under "Links for @username," that means Soco found higher-commission matches for that account and none for the other right now.
This is how Link Finder is built to work. The other account is still linked and still scanned, it just has no results to display yet.
Why a newly added TikTok account may not show up yet
A TikTok account you just added may not appear in Link Finder because scans run on a schedule, and your new account has not been included in one yet. The "Last updated: X minutes ago" line at the top of Link Finder is the timestamp of the last scan. If you connected the new account after that timestamp, its results have not been pulled yet.
How to force a fresh scan
To force Link Finder to run a fresh scan that includes a newly added TikTok account, pull down on the Link Finder screen to refresh. The "Last updated" timestamp resets, and any new results populate after the scan completes.
If you would rather wait, the automatic daily scan picks up the new account on its next run.
What "Not the links you're looking for? Link another account" means
The "Not the links you're looking for? Link another account" message appears when a linked TikTok account has no higher-commission matches in the latest scan. It is the empty-state for that account, not an instruction to re-add an account you already connected.
If you have already linked the account you want results for, pull down to refresh first. Adding the same account again will not change the results.
In short
Link Finder shows results for the linked TikTok accounts that have higher-commission matches in the latest scan. A newly added account will not appear until the next scan, so pull down to refresh, or wait for tomorrow's automatic scan.
