If Apple shows your Soco subscription active and the Soco app still says you have no subscription, the app has failed to pick up your subscription. That mismatch is a fault on Soco's side, not something you did, and it is a problem our engineers know about. There is no step in the app we can promise will clear it, so the fix runs through support.
Check which Apple Account is paying
The app reads your subscription from the Apple Account your phone is signed into. So one check is worth doing before you write in:
Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions and look at Soco.
Check the name at the top of Settings is the Apple Account that pays for Soco.
Soco showing a renewal date means the subscription is active. Soco showing as expiring on a date, or not listed, means Apple isn't billing it on this account: if a family member or a second Apple Account paid, the subscription lives there.
Send support two screenshots
If the paying Apple Account shows Soco active and the app still says you have no subscription, contact support with the evidence in one message:
Open the Soco app, tap the account icon in the top right, then under Help tap Contact support.

With both screenshots in the chat, the team can check what Soco's records show for your account and pass your case straight to the engineers. A person answers Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern: the full response window is in Contact Soco support.

Support compares your screenshots against Soco's own subscription records, and a real mismatch goes to the engineers with your account details attached. You won't be sent through reinstalling the app or signing out and back in: no step like that is confirmed to fix this, and we'd rather escalate than send you in circles.
