The Creator Dashboard shows your own TikTok Shop sales and how your videos perform, inside the Soco app. It comes with Soco Pro, in the Soco app version 1.38.0 or later, and reads your data from TikTok once your TikTok account is connected.
What the Creator Dashboard shows
The Creator Dashboard is built from your own TikTok Shop data. It shows:
Your earnings: GMV (gross merchandise value), commission, units sold, orders and returns.
Your top products by sales.
Your videos, which videos your sales came from, and how each video performs.
Insights on your videos.
Who has the Creator Dashboard
The Creator Dashboard is part of Soco Pro, in the Soco app version 1.38.0 or later. If you have Soco Pro and don't see it, update the Soco app to the latest version. If it still isn't there after updating, message us in the app chat and we'll look at it with you. Soco Free doesn't include the dashboard; what each plan gives you is in What's the difference between Soco Free and Soco Pro?
What the Creator Dashboard needs from TikTok
The Creator Dashboard needs your TikTok account connected to Soco, because it reads your data from TikTok. The steps are in Step 3: Connect your TikTok Shop account. If you connected before the Creator Dashboard launched, Soco asks you once to authorize TikTok again.
The parts built on your videos also need access to your TikTok videos, which you can give Soco when you authorize TikTok. Without it, the rest of the dashboard works and the video parts stay empty. What Soco uses each kind of access for is in Do I need to accept all TikTok permissions for Soco to work?
