Fix APP

Do this is your app is not running well, or freezes when loading or crashes.

For Softbox 3, Softbox Go, Android TV, Google TV:

  1. Go to the Home Screen by press the House button on your remote.

  2. Click on the Circle, Or Gear on the Top right of your screen

  3. Click on Apps

  4. Find the app that needs to be fixed, Click on it

  5. Choose Clear Data,

  6. Choose OK

  7. Open the APP

  8. Log back in.

    Be sure to Allow all permissions on the app.

  9. If you don't the Drivemob app will just open to a blank screen. You can do this by going to Settings/Apps/Drivemob/Permissions

For Softbox Buzz

  1. Go to the Home Screen by press the House button on your remote.

  2. Click on the Settings Gear, Then click Settings

  3. Click on Apps

  4. Find the app that needs to be fixed, Click on it

  5. Choose Clear Data,

  6. Choose OK

  7. Open the APP

  8. Log back in.


For Fire Stick

  1. Navigate to Settings on your Fire TV Stick.

  2. Select Applications.

  3. Choose Manage Installed Applications.

  4. Select the app for which you want to clear data.

  5. Click on Clear Data to reset the app to its default settings.
    ​Note: Clearing data will remove all app settings and data, while clearing cache only removes temporary files.
