Step-by-Step:

  1. Go to the top right corner of your screen and click the settings gear, then click settings again.

  2. Scroll down to Apps.

  3. Choose See all apps.

  4. Find and select Softbox Apps from the list.

  5. Choose Clear Data and then OK.

Once that’s done:

  • Reopen Softbox Apps.

  • When it asks for permissions, make sure to click “Allow.”

That’s it! The app should now work properly. The issue happens when the permissions were accidentally denied, and clearing the data lets you fix that easily.
