A power cycle of your device, and fixing your app, and checking your internet should Always be done first
Follow the instructions for specific device below:

Method 1: IF you have access to your homescreen:
Go to Settings(click the gear on your remote) System/About/Factory Reset.
Method 2: IF you do not have access to your homescreen: Hold down the small button on the back or side of your box. Hold it down until you see the factory reset screen.
This will erase everything. If you have iMPlayer. Please contact support to get your management code extended to work for the Factory Reset device.
Softbox Buzz
Go to Settings-- Then Device Preferences, then About. then Factory reset and erase everything
This will not hurt anything. Be sure that you log in with your user and password after that using this info.
Follow this to set up your box now
Softbox Go-Black box- ONN TV box
Softbox Go WHITE BOX- Chromecast
Make sure the Box is turned on.
Then Press and Hold down the button on the box. Keep holding it down for 20 Seconds until you see the box is factory resetting.
