Only Do this as a Last Resort
A power cycle of your device, and fixing your app, and checking your internet should Always be done first
Follow the instructions for specific device below:

Method 1: IF you have access to your homescreen:
Go to Settings(click the gear on your remote) System/About/Factory Reset.
Method 2: IF you do not have access to your homescreen: Factory Reset your box by going up to the physical softbox and on the back or right next to the HDMI imput you should see a little button on the box .Hold down that button for 15 seconds then unplug the box for 5 second then plug it back in. Keep holding untill you see a new screen come up. you can let go when you see the new screen. Then use the button on the softbox to navigate on this screen. Press the button once for a short time to go down the page. once you are hovering over the Factory Reset, hold down the button on the softbox until the box around the word Factory reset turns green. Then release the button and it should ask you if you want to do this, hit the confirm button by hovering over it then holding the button until it turns green then release. it should factory reset. then you can hover over reboot or reset box and then hold down the remote button until it turns green then release.
This will erase everything. If you have iMPlayer. Please contact support to get your management code extended to work for the Factory Reset device.
Softbox Buzz
Go to Settings-- Then Device Preferences, then About. then Factory reset and erase everything
This will not hurt anything. Be sure that you log in with your user and password after that using this info.
Follow this to set up your box now
Softbox Go-Black box- ONN TV box
Softbox Go WHITE BOX- Chromecast
Make sure the Box is turned on.
Then Press and Hold down the button on the box. Keep holding it down for 20 Seconds until you see the box is factory resetting.
