This will resolve your issue if you cannot move around on your screen anymore with your remote. If the box seems frozen because you remote is not working. Or your remote has become disconnected.
Before you start, always make sure your remote has new batteries!

Softbox Buzz

Written instructions:
Press the Reset button on the side of the Softbox Buzz(Not the remote) Then follow the instructions on the screen. This can take several attempts and can take few minutes to pair. Be sure you have fresh batteries in your remote and you are holding the remote close to box when you are doing this. If you still cannot pair after several attempts, then try resetting your remote by Holding the D-Pad Down button and the 0 (Zero) button for 4 seconds until the light on the remote blinks 3 times. Then try the process above to pair your remote again. Watch the video above to visually see how to do this.
Softbox Go(Black device)
if you have a white softbox go or Softbox X, scroll down further for their instructions.

When the Box is on. Hold down the little button near the light on the right side of the box for 5 Seconds. Stop as soon as you see something different pop up on your TV screen.
Softbox Go(White Device)
Turn on your box and make sure you can see the Home Screen. Then Press the small white button ONCE Quickly on the box right below the Pink Sticker. DO NOT HOLD THE BUTTON DOWN OR YOU WILL WIPE YOUR BOX>
Follow the instructions on the home screen.
Softbox X
Pointing directly at the box up close. Go to the gear at the top right
Then Go to system settings
Scroll down to Device Preferences
Scroll down to " Display Setup wizard next time"
Choose yes, The press your Return arrow to back out.
Then unplug your box. Plug back in
It will have you pair your remote by holding down the OK(center button) and the house button at the same time
Hold them down for 10 seconds until it says bluetooth pairing.
