As a confirmed speaker, you submit your final presentation slides ahead of the event using the method and deadline provided by your Solarplaza program manager in your speaker instructions. This is usually done by email to your dedicated contact, or via an upload link or shared folder that we share with you in advance. Please send your slides by the stated deadline so we have time to load and check them.
Specific requirements can vary per event, but presentations are typically expected in a standard PowerPoint format and in a 16:9 aspect ratio; some events also provide a slide template to use. On the day itself, slides are generally pre-loaded onto the venue AV system so everything is ready for your session, and our on-site team will be available to help with any last-minute changes.
