Yes, in many cases it is possible to update your presentation after submission, provided the event has not yet reached the final production stage. If you need to make changes, please contact your designated Solarplaza Program or Event Manager as soon as possible and provide the updated version of your presentation.
While we will do our best to accommodate revisions, we cannot guarantee that changes submitted close to the event or after the communicated deadline can be implemented. This is because presentations are typically reviewed, prepared, and loaded onto the venue AV system in advance.
If last-minute updates are required on the day of the event, please speak with the on-site event team as early as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to assist, although implementation may depend on timing, technical constraints, and the event schedule.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend submitting your final presentation version before the stated deadline and notifying your Solarplaza contact promptly if any changes are needed thereafter.
