People connected to an organization on the Solarplaza Platform can have different roles.

The three roles are Owner, Admin, and Member. Each role has different permissions and responsibilities.

Owner

There is one Owner per organization. The Owner has the highest level of organization-level access and is responsible for managing the organization.

The Owner can:

  • Manage organization details

  • Manage the organization's membership

  • Add or remove Admins and Members

Admin

An Admin has operational control over the organization but does not have the same level of control as the Owner.

An Admin can:

  • Manage the Organization Profile

  • Manage Members within the organization

Member

A Member is a person connected to the organization on the Solarplaza Platform. A Member's access to organization features depends on their role and the organization's membership plan.

A Member can:

  • View and edit their own profile

  • Be registered as an attendee for events

A Member cannot manage organization settings or other Members unless they also have an Owner or Admin role.
