No. A Solarplaza platform user account and an organization membership are not the same thing. Creating an individual account does not necessarily mean that you are automatically connected to your organization's membership.
If your organization already has a Solarplaza membership but you cannot access the expected organization features, check whether your account is correctly connected to the organization.
