Anytime you cancel your upcoming class with less than 10 hours notice, it’s considered a “late cancellation” in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Package Holders and 4/8/12 Members
If you cancel class with less than 10 hours notice, it is considered a late cancel and you will lose your class credit
There is no additional charge for the late cancel
Unlimited Members
If you cancel your class with less than 10 hours notice, it is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a fee
The fees vary by location, and can be found here
Unlimited memberships (excluding the New Client 2-week Unlimited) include 1 waived late cancellation fee each rolling 30 days
