What happens when I cancel a class with less than 10-hours notice?

Anytime you cancel your upcoming class with less than 10 hours notice, it’s considered a “late cancellation” in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Package Holders and 4/8/12 Members

  • If you cancel class with less than 10 hours notice, it is considered a late cancel and you will lose your class credit

  • There is no additional charge for the late cancel

Unlimited Members

  • If you cancel your class with less than 10 hours notice, it is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a fee

  • The fees vary by location, and can be found here

  • Unlimited memberships (excluding the New Client 2-week Unlimited) include 1 waived late cancellation fee each rolling 30 days

New Client 2-week Unlimited

  • If you cancel your class with less than 10 hours notice, it is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a fee

  • The fees vary by location, and can be found here

  • This is considered a trial/promotional offer rather than a full membership, therefore the waived late cancellation perk is excluded from this pricing option
